I got a call from Lacey Dippold Photography out of Cheyenne, WY asking me to shoot some behind the scenes at a session for her daughter in Battle Creek. I’ve actually never done anything like this for another photographer and I’m always up for something fun- so obviously I said- YES! #communityovercompetition right!

Skylar is celebrating turning 12 and her mama went above and beyond with this one on one shoot!  She is wearing a custom gown and floral crown from Sew Trendy.

I had so much fun tagging along with Lacey (and her entourage)- the only problem being that I felt like she was in my way the whole time. LOL. She was gracious enough to let me get a few shots of my own- which I obviously jumped at! At the end of her session I hopped in the river and am loving the images that I got! The light was just perfect and there was all this cotton floating in the air- this combination just makes these images so ethereal and lovely!
