I’ve been so blessed to recently have 3 newborn sessions in my home studio!  I’ve recently flipped my studio around to integrate the beautiful natural light coming in from my large window.  THIS is totally my jam!!! I’ve been running a special for newborns (must be 5-12 days old) through the month of April for HALF OFF studio sessions!  That’s right, for $200 you can have gorgeous, professional portraits of your new addition that you will cherish forever. (trust me!)

Newborn session are typically 1-3 hours long, depending on the sleepiness of your babe.  Deluxe sessions include all of your best images in an online gallery with downloads and printing rights, as well as 50% off professional prints.  These natural light newborn portraits have soft, sweet light, giving that pretty, shallow depth of field.  I love incorporating texture, and natural elements such as flowers and plants.  My work is editorial- so styled and posed, with a vintage flair :).

So, please enjoy some of my favorite images from one of my latest newborn sessions: Ashton.  Ashton has a twin sister in heaven, her mama is one of the strongest women I know!  Her big brother and daddy LOVE her.  I’m so proud of you, Kelli and so glad that Ashton is here and healthy!  She’s such a beauty. Check out those fingers and toes- just perfect!  Thank you for asking me to take these photos for you!  (and you’re welcome for peer-pressuring you to be in some of them! LOL!)

Kelli brought several special items for Ashton’s photos.  Her mom made the quilt that Ashton is laying on.  I was able to get some photos with Kelli’s bonnet that she wore when she was a newborn.  I love incorporating special items into photos!
