I had the privilege of being invited into Pete and Jacqui’s home to meet and photograph their precious baby girl, Aubrey.  What a sweet little preemie baby!  All the memories of my own teeny babe came back and baby fever is now in full swing. 😉  As with all little ones, feeding is SO important.  I honestly love documenting all the real and raw that goes with being a new parent. – Including the feedings 🙂 Aubrey really didn’t cry much the entire time I was there.  Once she was full she was so content.

We started off in Aubrey’s nursery- which is just darling!  Jacqui you truly have an eye for design and everything was so well put-together.  (Jacqui said she shopped collections at pehrdesigns.com- obvis I had to check this out for myself LOL)  There was beautiful natural light in several rooms which was perfect for this lifestyle session.  I absolutely adore the photos of them in their room just watching her sleep!

A few “must have” image requests included the “Locally grown” Michigan onesie and the Michigan swaddle blanket.  As well as some photos including their fur baby, Penny 🙂

It’s so unreal how one tiny person can just steal your whole heart.  You two are going to be great parents!  I must say, overhearing you all sing the “doxology” to soothe her was so moving.  “Praise God from whom all blessings flow…”
