I cannot take any creative credit for this shoot.  This was all Rachel.  Rachel and I have been friends since we were small– like we shared crayons and best friend necklaces and had sleepovers.

This is her Grandpa’s vintage 1972 Chevy Suburban.  It’s quite a sight to behold!  So mustardy-yellow that its cool again.  Her dad let her cut down a tree by his house, so her hubby tossed that on top! LOL.  When we were brainstorming this shoot I kept thinking “J.Crew Christmas meets the Griswolds”.

Rachel grew up with all sisters and has FOUR boys of her own!  She told me that her Grandpa also had four boys and this truck was his pride and joy.  He has since passed and I just love that we were able to create some fun family portraits with Rachel’s crew of men just like her Grandparents had had.
