My baby just turned one. One of my best friends, Jenny has been through it all with me- her boys were born 2 weeks before Gretta. Isn’t she beautiful!!!??
A few weeks before the babies arrived…
Naturally, we decided to do a joint birthday party (we discussed this when they were like 3 months old:/). So we decided on the “neutral” theme of a Hipster Bash. Enjoy!
First, the invitation…We had a QUICK little photo shoot that involved a lot of coaxing and cheerios…
Some of the details… We went for lots of vintage decor, mason jars, paper straws, etc. I made bandana bibs as party favors for all the little hip-squeeks who came to party :)! They are SOOO stinkin’ cute, you can purchase one in my etsy shop! ;0)
We had cute little cupcake toppers and confetti that we made with the Brooklyn Cricut cartridge. We also used the cut-outs for little photo booth props.
I made Gretta’s little birthday top with Michael Miller fabric “20/20”. When I saw the glasses print, I knew it would be perfect! I made the boys tie onesies using Amy Butler polka dot prints. Message me here to purchase one for your little guy 😉
We were so excited that everyone came dressed like hipsters!
Gretta’s favorite gift– the Radio Flyer walker wagon. (Check amazon.com ;))
AFTER the party, I did a little “cake smash” session with my baby- love these!
